WELCOME TO
We are committed to fostering excellence and transformation within ourselves and our community. Young men between the ages of 18 and 40 are brought together under the motto Adopt, Adapt, Improve in order to challenge, inspire, and learn from one another. By fostering an environment of open and trustworthy idea exchange, we enable every individual to effect positive change in their personal lives, professional endeavors, and local communities. We refer to this as "tabling," and we conduct it in our local community, where we hold regular meetings. We organize and plan events and gatherings that emphasize personal growth, fellowship, and community service for ourselves and others. We constitute a global network of intelligent young males. As Round Table, we are. A Single Table, One World.
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
First of all, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all Albanian Tablers, especially the board members of 2023-2024, for being part of an incredible year. Together, we have grown, supported children and families in need, and made a significant impact. I also want to thank our godfather association RT Luxembourg for all the support to us since the first beginning.
I aim to continue on this path of growth and service. Here are some key points of my program:
1. Donate Your Clothes Project: Building on last year's success, we will be running this project again in September.
2. White cane Project: Dedicated to helping and supporting visually impaired children, this project will culminate on International White Cane Safety Day on October 15th.
3. Christmas Gift Project: This December, we will work to bring joy to more children during Christmas and New Year's Eve.
4. Blood Donation and Green Day: We will continue to participate in these RTI projects to promote health and environmental awareness.
Additionally, here are some areas we aim to improve:
Recruiting Young Tablers: Bringing fresh energy and perspectives into our group,young tablers with different ages and proffesions.
Expanding to a Second Table in Albania: Increasing our presence and impact.
Entertainment Activities and Weekend Trips: Strengthening bonds and connections among Tablers.
International Travel: Promoting participation in the World Meeting and Half Year Meeting.
Digital Engagement: Increasing our use of the RTI app and other digital tools.
